Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made through Zhixin China Experiences.

1. Your booking

A booking is created when payment is successfully completed and we issue a confirmation. Some tickets, QR codes, driver details or other travel documents may be delivered later through your live booking page.

2. Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the amount charged for the selected product and number of travelers. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Currency conversion performed by your card issuer or payment provider may create a separate exchange-rate difference.

3. Traveler information

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details and clear passport information when required. Each traveler must bring the original passport used for the booking when the attraction or supplier requires passport-based entry.

4. Suppliers and travel components

Some products combine components operated by attractions, transport companies or other third parties. Entry methods and refund rules can differ by component. The product page, checkout and live voucher will explain any material differences.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation policy displayed for your product forms part of your booking. Where we promise free cancellation, the refundable amount is returned in full; we do not deduct our payment-processing cost from that refundable amount. A third-party component may become non-refundable after it has been issued if this was disclosed before payment.

6. Changes and disruptions

Opening hours, attraction rules, transport arrangements and supplier operations can change for reasons outside our control. If a material change affects your booking, we will provide the available alternatives, rebooking options or refund treatment applicable to the affected component.

7. Traveler responsibilities

Please arrive on time, carry required original documents and follow attraction, transport and safety rules. Immigration, visa, health and entry requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility.

9. Operator

Bookings are offered under the Zhixin China Experiences brand. The legal operator shown on your receipt and payment record is responsible for the transaction.
